We are seeking an enthusiastic, travel-loving Guest Relations Trainer to champion our service excellence standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training that empowers our guest-facing teams at our properties to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You will act as a mentor, coach, brand ambassador and an auditor, ensuring every team member embodies our commitment to hospitality.

YOUR JOB
On-site Training: Conduct on-site hands-on training sessions for staff focusing on communication, soft skills and service excellence.
Service Recovery: Champion in de-escalation of guest complaints and teach staff effective problem-solving techniques.
Real-Time Feedback: Observe employee service behaviours in real-time, providing constructive feedback and positive reinforcement
YOUR PROFILE
Requirement:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in guest relations or guest-facing hospitality roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Core Competencies
Travel: Agile and flexible.
Cultural Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to different local property cultures, team dynamics, and diverse guest demographics across various regions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, often requiring multilingual fluency.
Leadership: Strong mentorship and coaching abilities.
Hospitality Expertise: Deep understanding of the service industry.
Training Aptitude: Prior training experience is an added plus, but a natural passion for teaching, patience, and leadership is required.
